We want you to love your LELOSI pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the provided return slip inside the parcel.

Ship the Package

Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
